The Sensational Alex Harvey Experience are the UK’S Number 1 tribute to THE SENSATIONAL ALEX HARVEY BAND. They are also the Official Tribute to SAHB. The idea to form the band was born when they were asked to perform a few SAHB song’s at a Charity Event and they went down a storm, so much so that they were asked to perform a full blistering SAHB set the following year and again, blew the audience away and decided that they would continue to perform and have been going from strength to strength ever since..
With over 1k fans on their official Facebook page, and many views on YouTube, there is no stopping them now.. In 2016, the band performed their biggest shows to date, with not one, but two sell out shows…one in Edinburgh’s Voodoo Rooms, and then in Glasgow’s ABC2 with special guest Tom Russell from Rock Radio introducing the band on stage as well as doing a Rock DJ supporting slot.
The band are planning to play all over the UK over the next year or so and bring the spirit of Alex and SAHB to all corners of the UK. Original SAHB guitarist Zal Cleminson has publicly confirmed that The SAHB Experience are the closest thing anyone will ever get to the original band and also that the band capture the live magic they had when they were together which is an incredible compliment indeed.
